Privet Soma Breath Class with Meditation

Service Description

This class is a must-try at least once to get you comfortable with what you can achieve daily. Less is more in many cases, so we will go at your pace until you can sustain more challenging breath work. After our cells are filled with life force energy, we will dive into a guided meditation to connect to our higher self for guidance and relaxation. The class will be conducted on the outdoor balcony at Energy Spa and will be influenced by all four elements, which will also guide the process of the class. Because this class is privet and a custom time has to be selected that will work with both instructor and the client. Please text for a good time slot at 219-381-9777. If booked without text confirmation, the instructor will contact you for a possible time change.
