The word "reiki" means Universal Energy. Which is the energy used to heal, balance, and cleanse the body, mind, and spirit. Emotions and illnesses all start in our energy field and manifest inwards. So to feel and be in harmony, one has to balance and unblock their energy centers to have a balanced and open flow. These energy centers are known as Chakras. The word Chakra comes from the Sanskrit word for "wheel." One that receives Reiki healing & Chakra Alignment will leave the session feeling balanced and relaxed. All you have to do is relax, enjoy the experience, and be open to receiving this gentle and beautiful energy. For best results, Reiki should be done as often as once per week in the beginning stages and, after that, every other week, once per month, or as needed. Crystal Bed is charged with Vogel (kabbalah-shaped) quartz crystals, which allow light to pass through, transferring the vibration from the top curved point into the bottom end of the crystal feeding your seven chakras. While having a session or meditating under the Crystal Bed for 30 minutes, clients can calm their minds enough to stop generating busy thoughts.
